Variety : Traminer

Shiny yellowish-green color with soft reddish reflections. Fine and strong aromas in the nose, characteristics of the variety of Gewürztraminer, with rose, lemon and mature peaches in the foreground. In the mouth is fruity and balanced, harmonious and cool, with sharp acidity, nerve and long aftertaste. Full body with discreet presence of alcohol. It accompanies greasy fish with intense flavors, Asian cuisine, smoked meats, and can be served with fresh fruit even as an aperitif. Ideal consumption temperature: 8th – 10oC.
